OP2 (Organization, productivity, performance) is Orlade Group's consulting firm, dedicated to project performance. Op² assists clients in guaranteeing projects and programs' performance through diagnosis, conception and change management. Our consultants rely on several years of field experience in order to take action on the operational strategy, the organization, its methods and its competencies. Op² is acknowledged by its customers both for its ability to develop pragmatic solutions thanks to its consultants’ practical experience, as well as its capacity to propose different services (consulting, operational lead of projects, training, coaching, collaborative tools, HR transformation…). The company intervenes worldwide and in various industries and sectors (transport, railway, infrastructure, construction, automotive, aerospace, defense, ...). The company has subsidiaries in France (HQ), Switzerland, Germany, Australia and China. Op2's Australian subsidiary was created in 2014 to support the company and its customers' activities in the Asia-Pacific region and with the will to further develop our presence with a special focus on the Australian market.
